We have forms that must be signed for ALL players.
These forms are needed in order for your child to play in upcoming games. They are needed by Tuesday August 17th.
Even if you signed forms please come see me anyways to verify your file is complete.
If all parents can come see me Tuesday that would be best.
I’ll be at the field from 5:30-8 pm Tuesday August 17th.
